Beautiful views, modern design & well-equipped villas. Spacious enough for 4 adults with 2 bathrooms. Superb pool. Friendly hosts left fruit, water, wine, and essentials. Quiet location with walking distance restaurants and nearby beach. Need a car. Supermarket 2 min, Lindos 20 min by car. Would stay here again if visiting Rhodes.

We had an amazing stay at Kiotari Akti Beachfront Villas. the villa was excellent, with modern facilities and plenty of space for us as a couple. We loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and the fact that everything was of high quality. the air conditioning was ice cold, the windows and doors had shutters and fly screens, and the communication with the hosts was easy and responsive. the location was also perfect, with a great selection of high-quality restaurants and bars just a few minutes' walk away. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Cons: Nothing to be said. 😊.

This beautiful modern villa offers a superb swimming pool, stunning views, and well-equipped modern furnishings. The communication with the owner was seamless and they even allowed us to check in early. We loved the lovely garden and the ample parking space. If we visit Rhodes again, we would definitely choose to stay here.
Felt just like being at home, no complaints at all.

I always come back to this beachfront villa in Gennadi. It's a perfect place for me with great amenities like beach access, free Wi-Fi, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even helped me find my lost wallet once. I'll be back for my next business trip.
